Orhideja joined ISC for the first time in May 1998 as Office Manager during the DemNet II program in Macedonia and worked until the end of the DemNet IV program in December 2004, as Office Manager and Accountant. As of March 2008, she returned as Finance Assistant in the Civil Society Strengthening Project.

She has more than 11 years of work experience in international organizations and agencies in the areas of office / administration and finance.

Previously she worked with the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent and with different USAID Projects in Macedonia, such as Land Tenure Center, World Council of Credit Unions, and Academy for Educational Development – MKConnects Project.

Orhideja has B.A. in Agriculture, Stock Live, from the University in Skopje.
She is fluent in Macedonian, English and Serbian.
