Brendan Keleher, Vice President for Finance & Administration

Brendan Keleher joined ISC in 2005 following more than 25 years working in local government management in Vermont.
For the last 15 years, Keleher has been Chief Administrative Officer/City Treasurer and Clerk for the City of Burlington, where he developed and oversaw a budget of $130 million. Previous to his work for the City of Burlington, Keleher served as City Manager for the City of Winooski, as well as that city's Director of Community Development. Keleher is a very experienced financial and administrative manager who specializes in budget development and management, accounting and audit management, purchasing management, capital budgeting, and contract and labor negotiations.
Keleher has an MBA from the University of Vermont, a Masters in Anthropology from the University of Connecticut, and earned his Bachelors Degree in Chemistry at Northeastern University. He has conducted community development trainings in the US and Ukraine.
