Jeton joined ISC in November 2003 as project officer during the DemNet IV program in Macedonia and now is working as the grant coordinator in the Civil Society Strengthening Project (CSSP). He has more than 5 years of work experience in international organizations and agencies in the areas of civil society, local government issues, anti-trafficking, health and inter-ethnic issues. Before CSSP, Jeton worked for UNDP Macedonia in a project dealing with local government administration training system and decentralization issues. Previously he has worked for the International Organization for Migration dealing with anti-trafficking and migration issues in Macedonia and in the region. Prior to that, in 1999 Jeton was contracted for a short term project in the UN International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in the Hague in the Office of the Prosecutor dealing with initial analyses of various materials and translation.

Jeton is studying French language in the University in Skopje and is fluent in Albanian, Macedonian, English, Serbo-Croatian and French.
