Albin Matoshi was appointed to his current position as a Capacity Building/Advocacy Advisor for ISC in November 2009.

Before joining ISC, he worked as a Senior Consultant/Trainer at Management and Development Associated, where he was involved in project management and training development/delivery. Prior to that, he worked at Organization for Democracy, Anti-Corruption and Dignity – COHU where he was engaged in project development, fundraising and implementation. Other areas of expertise include minorities, human rights, rule of law, war crimes documentation and elections, while engaged with CDHRF and ABA/CEELI.

Albin holds a degree in Sociology from University of Prishtina, Kosovo. He speaks Albanian, English and Serbian.
