Arjeta Doroci joined ISC in December 2008 as a Capacity Building/Advocacy Assistant for the Civil Society Strengthening Program in Prishtina, Kosovo.

Prior to her current position with ISC, Arjeta worked as Communication and Outreach Manager at the local non-governmental organization Advocacy Training & Resource Center (ATRC).
During the three-year implementation of a USAID civil society program at ATRC, gained experience and knowledge on NGO sector in Kosovo. She also has work experience at a daily newspaper and TV station of the ‘Koha’ media company.

Currently she is attending her master studies at the Kosovo Institute of Journalism and Communication, a joint initiative of the Cardiff University School of Media Studies (UK), the Gimlekollen School of Journalism and Communication (Norway), and the Nebraska College (US).
