Huang Li joined ISC in December 2008 as the Monitoring & Evaluation Officer based in Guangzhou, China. She provides monitoring and evaluation support for ISC’s environmental and energy projects in Guangdong, China.

Huang Li has worked in environmental and energy policy research, community development practice and corporate society responsibility consulting since 2005. Prior to joining ISC, she worked as a Research Assistant for Shenzhen Institute of Standards and Technology Industry from 2005 to 2007. She worked on community development and served as a Monitoring & Evaluation Coordinator in Plan International (China) from 2007 to 2008. Since 2008, she consulted on corporate social responsibility for enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region in China as the Technical Specialist in the Guangdong Test Center of Product Quality Supervision（Shunde）Shenzhen office.

She received a MEng and a BEng in Polymer Material Engineering and Processing from South China University of Technology. She is fluent in Chinese and English.
