Sebiha Mehmeti Jaka was appointed to her current position as the Finance and Operations Director for ISC's Kosovo project in October of 2008.

Prior to her appointment at ISC, she served as the Finance Manager with USAID KCBS (Kosovo Cluster Business Support) project. Sebiha was responsible for a wide range of administrative, financial, contractual and reporting responsibilities for KCBS, she prepared and submitted monthly accounting reports to the Home Office and responsible for ensuring transparentcy and audit proof accounting operations.

Sebiha gained experience implementing international donor programs with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) as the finance and administration officer. She also worked as the training coordinator with CARE International and as a senior business consultant with the USAID project Kosovo Business Support. Mehmeti has over four years banking experience serving as branch manager, SME coordinator and Credit manager and is licensed as a local trainer in banking by Kosovo Bank Association.

Sebiha holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of Pristina, Kosovo
