For the fiscal year ending September 30, 2008, ISC's revenue totaled $11 million and expenses $10.3 million, which included spending of program funds received in the prior year. Approximately $8.8 million, or about 86% percent, of our expenses were direct program services and subgrants to partners and local organizations.
